Feline (Kitten!) Friday and Halloween Fill-Ins

Feline Friday is hosted by Steve, The Burnt Food Dude, and i'm going to believe it's because he likes cats.
Feline Friday is simple to join. All you have to do is..
1) post a picture, drawing, cartoon or video of a cat (They may be silly or cute)
2) go to Steve's page, linked above, then on the menu bar click on the Feline Friday tab to get the code
3) paste the code under your cat picture
4) add your name and link
That’s all there is to it! Be sure to check back every so often and visit all the Feline Friday bloggers. Also, please leave a nice comment on their blogs. Nasty comments will be deleted!

A kitten's favorite napping spot -- my foot!

Friendly Fill-Ins are easy to do. There are four statements: the first two statements are provided by Ellen of 15AndMeowing, and the final two are offered by McGuffy Ann Morris of McGuffy's Reader. They try to make sure the statements will be fun to both answer and share. The linky will be posted at or about 12:00 AM on Friday. Please head over to one of their sites, link up, and share your thoughts!

My fill-ins for the statements are underlined:

Week 24: October 21, 2016

1. One Halloween, I dressed as _____________________________.

2. My favorite comedian is ______________________________.

3. My scariest Halloween was _________________________.

4.  ___________________  is my favourite Halloween treat.

1. One Halloween, i dressed as a princess in a costume my Nana made for me.  It's one of my happiest childhood memories.

2. My favorite comedian is (was) ... it's a tie between Flip Wilson and Red Skelton.  Yes, i like the classics.

3. My scariest Halloween was actually a few days before Halloween in 1991, when #1 Son was just a tiny baby.  The dog next door tripped me going into my apartment and i fell with groceries in one hand and 3-month-old #1 Son in the other and #1 Son ended up with a broken leg.

4. Very dark chocolate sweetened with agave is my favorite Halloween treat.

  8. I like chocolate, but I like my chocolate to be toned down. I can handle some dark chocolate, but can't handle the really dark stuff. Have a great weekend.

Flip Wilson was great. Our kids loved him, too.

Oh your poor baby! Poor you, too! I know you must have been so upset. Did his leg heal fine?

Ooooh I love apple butter, especially the kind that my Granny Gunter made. The store bought kind has nothing over hers. Hers was the best!

    Have a blessed weekend!
